Pros

Easygoing, great coworkers. Chill schedule. Clean clinic

Cons

Unprofessional HR. lack of support from BCBA’s.. as there’s only one BCBA that supported about 15 of us RBTs. no guaranteed hours if a client cancels you get cut. admin time is not even an option here.. if you need to spend an extra hour staying after your client.. note sessions are paid out at minimum wage… SMH

Pros

Responsive office support staff Provides devices including laptop, company phone, and iPad for therapist use. W2 positions with options for health benefits if full time hours are achieved. Flexible schedule and hours worked, do best to accommodate scheduling needs. Friendly supervisors. Paid meetings. Paid progress reports. Clinic and Home Health settings. Schedule and paperwork software provided.

Cons

No raise or CoL adjustments. Infrequent company meetings that are not given follow-up material on, including compensation commission, attendance policy, no clear company handbook or documentation provided for reference. The supervisors and executive staff seem to have too much on their plate to answer questions in a timely manner if ever at all.
