      Free Friday Lunch for all Employees

      Working in the DevOps department was frustrating due to constant micromanagement and unrealistic expectations. The team was expected to be available 24/7, with little regard for personal time. Leadership was ineffective and offered no real support when issues arose, leaving the team to deal with unnecessary pressure and blame. It often felt like no one had your back.

      - CTO appears humble but is an insecure person - Politics, Employees take out problems on each other, toxic ones are given higher positions - Virtually no benefits and less pay compared to other companies
