      No pros for this organization.

      Cons

      Harsh team leads and Manager. Always pressuring for selects and targets, No flex in work life balance. Need to sit late hours. no offs even on Saturday's. Communication is foul and demotivating. if asked for help then also get scolded. No increment , No growth , only big talks before you join the organization. Please do not waste your time here

      Supportive managers, lead and colleagues Good work/life balance. Transparent leadership. Multiple clients to work which leads to growth, both professionally and personally On time salary.
