Pros
Employees are lovely people to work with overall. I found a great work-life balance (though you do have to set the tone for your availability/ eagerness to work overtime). Transparency from management is great, with quarterly meetings to review the status of the company financially, from a policy perspective, and business development. Working with an ERP gives a lot of opportunities to learn about business structure and processes.
Cons
As a consultant, I had hoped to have more face time with clients and more input on how to architect a solution. As a developer, this never really happened. I also found the culture problematic with regards to sensitivity of differences, and despite raising this with management, it was never addressed (I had requested a sensitivity training company-wide). I think that they could much improve their HR policies.
