It’s an outstanding company that truly knows how to take care of its employees. There is a wide range of benefits, which helps everyone feel comfortable and supported. The company offers many opportunities for growth, and meritocracy is genuinely valued, which is a major advantage. I have been with the company for three years and one month, which allows me to honestly say that it is a great place to work and build a career. Additionally, the Thirdway culture stands out for its strong values, making you feel included while also giving you the sense that you are part of something bigger.

Cons

As for the downsides, we’ve lost a benefit or two, such as the Friday lunches, but that doesn’t overshadow everything else.

It is a company that is connected and participates in relevant contexts where it is needed, aiming to establish long-term agreements that benefit its employees. It is a company that is fully connected to the healthcare industry and is leading a very important transformation.

Cons

The company has ceased to be consistent in what makes it a good place to work. Unfortunately, leadership and internal selection processes are carried out arbitrarily, and formal internal selection processes have been discontinued. Similarly, they have recently had a very serious problem with paying their employees, with considerable delays causing a great deal of discomfort for many of their employees.
