Creative work environment, wonderful peer group, interesting culutre

Cons

There's a massive disconnect between leadership and the worker bees. They've grown a lot in the time they've been around but the company policies have not caught up. It's a tough place to work as a female unless you are okay with your opinion being ignored, and really just sticking to clerical work. There's no opportunity to move up in the organization, promotions are extremely rare. Most of the directors are bad managers, and leadership is even worse
