Pros

The comic relief one experiences reading the HR-manufactured positive reviews and knowing who posted them.

Cons

That an organization would have to stoop so low and fabricate positive reviews is pathetic and speaks volumes about the type of people at the corporate office. True leaders would be committed to finding solutions to correct organizational deficiencies as opposed to resorting to a social media campaign for the shallow purpose to get their ratings up. Even in HR's hollow responses, there's no solution to the issues posed: no plan to address the abysmal benefits, the hostile culture, or the extreme amount of turnover. Voicing your concerns to the inept HR department or management will put you in the HOV lane for termination. Alas, we all know that no one in that office will ever take any substantive action to address their excessive turnover or its dysfunctional culture b/c currently there's no financial incentive to care (yet). Job seekers: do not be fooled. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and look elsewhere b/c you can certainly do better. Consider yourselves warned.

Thank you for taking the time to review the Company. We are sorry you feel the way you do. The Company has been in business over 24 years, and is constantly revising and redesigning its Management Training Program and other associates programs to better serve and develop our associates. Again, thank you for your review.

Pros

There are no Pros working for this slave ship. You would think working for a minority owned company that they would value young, fresh and vibrant Unit Managers, but they're just looking anyone who has NO BACK BONE!!

Cons

The entire upper management are CONS!! Every department at the corporate office are horrible, from Payroll to Benefits. No one can ever tell you anything or respond to your emails.

Pros

Being at a university, the summer breaks are great. Not to many students to deal with!

Cons

Where do I begin. I used to be proud to work for a minority owned company but since I've been with the company for over 2yrs, I'm embarrassed to say I'm a manager with TH. The biggest issue is the hiring process. I hired so many people over the summer and I'm STILL waiting for them to be entered in the system. The hiring process is ridiculous for a minimum wage job!!!!!! To who ever is responding to these reviews, take a break and enter the hourly associates into the system so we won't be so short staffed! Ya'll know August and September are the busiest months because ya'll see the money coming in. My employees are tired and so are the managers and it's not even a month into the school year. I've read through a lot of reviews and as a manager, I 100% agree with the cons! I used to think it was just my unit but I see that's not the case! This job will leave you lifeless. When you do have a free day, you'll be too tired to enjoy it. I can go and on because I have helped multiple accounts within TH and it's the same BS. TH please get it together, if not for us, do it for the HBCUs we are serving!
