      It is an income for sure.

      Cons

      I no longer wanted to fire 30+ people a day while hiring 30+ daily. No pay increases Job duties get thrown on last minute with no planning Houlry role with restricted OT - but cannot fall short on work produced ZERO CULTURE Poor leadership Sees production as a number not a person

      There's no respect or truth any where. Don't believe anything upper management says except the PM he was ALWAYS my go to. they do fire for hear say, I've seen it done so watch out. Also they have no ventilation system for midline area, n when they turn the units on for systems checks and slideout operations, the fumes just linger causing bad headaches and breathing problems,
