      - Healthy culture - Collaborative team - Learning culture - Decent opportunities for growth

      Cons

      - Opportunities for growth are not spoonfed; you have to work to get them yourself - Because teams are organised around microservices it's hard to get an answer to a question that spans multiple teams and services - Product engineering still confined to London
