      Old tech trying to look new tech but it is not!

      -Great supportive colleagues to work with -25 annual leave is good

      Cons

      -Health benefits can be better -Growth buyout by PEs - founders do not have skin in the game -Revenue over tech instead of tech first mindset -Traditional management mindset -Many competitive tech features are only in the roadmap. Slow to adapt and outdated tech stack.

Strong focus on talent quality over quantity, which gives sourcers like me the space to work strategically. Leadership is transparent and supportive; regular check-ins and feedback make it easy to understand expectations. Good work-life balance and flexible working hours.
