Pros

It was an unmatchable experience. There wasn't an interview. It was straight to training. We got a little booklet with teaching tips, tricks, and games, and a lot of guidance (and freedom) over the weeks. Also, free rentals (I taught myself how to snowboard on my breaks) and discounted food.

Cons

It was stressful to work with kids, obviously, but that's unavoidable. What I didn't expect was the amount of heavy lifting we would have to do (children and adults fall a LOT). And, well, also, it can be cold. Very cold.

Pros

Flexible staff, similar ages, and free pass.

Cons

Pay was not worth all the work, terrible fellow employees, and extremely draining.

Pros

Lots of fun, working outside is a plus, and great co workers.

Cons

Long days, tough on your body.
