      Pros

      This place is truly a family. The cultural environment that has been built is one that I will never forget. We also have the opportunity to make a real difference in our client's lives and the brands that we work with.

      Cons

      They have had inconsistent growth. Some years they have added lots of people to the team and some years they take it slow. This makes it challenging to see what the future holds for my position.

      The culture, the people, the leadership, and the vision/values that's shared by the company.

      Still not a large company so there's risk for retainer clients leaving and how that affects the company financially

      Pros

      I work with people who care about each other and do their best every day. When I was going through tough times with my family, the team went above and beyond. You're working with real humans here, earnestly doing good work and trying to make a difference.

      Cons

      As a small team, the workload can be difficult to maintain and the role will include a breadth of skills to juggle. Everyone must show up on their A-game. There's not really room to fall behind, you will be noticed.
