Still not a large company so there's risk for retainer clients leaving and how that affects the company financially

This place is truly a family. The cultural environment that has been built is one that I will never forget. We also have the opportunity to make a real difference in our client's lives and the brands that we work with.

They have had inconsistent growth. Some years they have added lots of people to the team and some years they take it slow. This makes it challenging to see what the future holds for my position.
