Pros
Myself and others who started as a Creator/photographer, were promoted into management roles, helping the company build processes. It’s a great place to feel like a team player, and see your ideas become a reality.
Cons
Startups have growing pains from time to time (but it’s worth it if you like being apart of companies who are trailblazing new frontiers). In the department I work, it requires adaptability and willingness to collaborate and change processes on a regular some quarters (though it can be exciting and inspiring to see so much change happening).
