1. CSE (Customer Service Executive) does all the main work plus more - renting cars, looking cars for customers' bookings, collecting unpaid balances, doing stuff for the corporate team, if Captain is not with you, you do the check-out and check-in of cars, reminding customers of their due rental and due amount, looking for replacement cars for accident cars, asnwering calls, emails, and WhatsApp, also entertaining walk-ins, answering customers' about traffic fines, and any scratches, dents, fines, penalties that you have not collected from customer will be charged to you - the CSE, and everything you can think of about cars.
2. If you are in a mall, CSE do not have break times - no one hour, no 30-minute breaks, none of that! You can take a break at anytime but if any customer is looking for you, you have to be back in the counter at that exact moment.
3. If you're in a mall, you get to have a 12-hour or 14-hour full shift once every week, again, without a designated break time!
4. Other company has Collection Team, in Thrifty, CSE does that and if customer does not pay, it will be taken from the CSEs incentive and salary, whichever applies.
5. Thrifty's IT Team is so bad that you get the same system issue every other day or every week. This means piling of manual documents, and entering them in the system - it's a tedious, double work for CSEs.
