Pros

The company's intention was to change learning and education for those that conventional learning was not easy for them. Working for a company that was growing so fast with those intentions in mind seemed awesome.

Cons

I was recently laid off after working there for 2 years. I worked very hard in all positions I held. I had already made arrangements with Human Resources to go on Maternity leave in May and I was laid off with nothing but a 10% decrease in the company of an explanation. I was a veteran in the department I worked in and trained two temporary transfers to cover for the fact that 2 of us would be out in the coming months. I worked hard, stayed after hours and really loved my job and hoped that it showed. I am now facing having my child in 6 weeks and not only will I not have an income to rely upon but my insurance will be cancelled right before I give birth. I give the company two stars because I appreciated all that I learned from my peers and enjoyed my time with ThriveDX until this all happened. I never expected to be shown such lack of care like this from this company.

Pros

Unfortunately, I have no positive information to share.

Cons

I left an amazing career that I've had for over 8 years for a new fully remote opportunity. ThriveDX originally requested a start date of 4/11 in the offer letter dated 3/25, I requested 4/25 to allow me to finalize some projects and set my team up for success through the transition. They agreed. The week before I started, I received my company device, and spent time over the weekend getting everything set up for my new job. 10 minutes before I was to start my virtual orientation, the company calls me to say that they are sorry to inform me that due to budget, they were rescinding the position!
