Good Stepping Stone, Poor Work-Life Balance

Pros

Fast paced start-up atmosphere. Solid infrastructure allows you to learn a lot quickly. Small company with room to move up the ladder. The people that work there are great and very helpful.

Cons

Struggling ticket company in an oversaturated market. Lead competitor outperforms this company at every turn. Expect to do work on holidays. Frowned upon to leave before 6:30pm. Poor work-life balance. Demoralizing. Low morale. Goal-based bonuses change once goals are hit and frequently. Difficult to work with development team.
