Pros

You work in “sports”, really just a software sales company. Food in the office, (mandatory) company outings and unlimited PTO is really the extent of the pros.

Cons

Incompetent management is the number one worst part of this company. Most people in management this was one of their first jobs, have never been formally trained. Everything is always on fire, the goal post is always shifting and it’s always your fault if you get something wrong….even if you were never told about it. The disrespect and lack of trust that runs through this company is really insane. You’re not treated like an adult and there’s virtually no flexibility. Most people who work here and so stressed out, over worked and scared to voice any of their real opinions. This is because they hire mainly new grads because they’re moldable and they don’t have context into what a good company culture actually is. Run away….

Pros

-good product -cool industry -most co-workers are great -some good perks (unlimited PTO, catered lunches, monthly team bonding events)

Cons

-disrespectful and unnecessarily aggressive communication -very clicky but they’re transparent about it “sales rules all” -small organization so no room for growth to more Senior levels unless someone leaves -a lot of the leadership is very immature in their leadership skills -blame culture -never got full bonus and they don’t tell you explicitly on how it’s calculated each quarter. Always a mystery that everyone just accepts or are too scared to ask. -promotions are mostly a mystery too, they’re generally a surprise or are done to keep someone they don’t want to leave -very little flexibility -a lot of people are scared to voice their opinions, have a counter opinion or voice anything negative that they’re going through that could actually super productive in making the company better
