      Great People, but terrible onboarding and leadership

      - People are great - Very relaxed working environment

      Cons

      - Onboarding was terrible and had to figure out so much on my own just to get started - Trying to contact people would be hard since it was obvious they were not at their desk for hours - I wrote down questions and reached out to managers that had no clue how to answer those questions
