unpaid overtime, CEO and executives WILL take advantage of all employees, negative attitude by executive team, communication is a disaster in this place, no motivation leadership whatsoever, no benefits, no appreciation to employees and staff like any other creative agency will do for their team, CEO is NOT open for changes or ideas, You will see the CEO disrespect staff and outside workers in a very degrading way at least once a day, you will have many work days go by without taking any lunch breaks.
