      -Good experience working with hourly associates -Good plant experience -Hired in with group of similar age = instant friend group

      -Program lacks direction -Management is often unclear about projects and their goals -Thousands of hoops to jump through -Extremely pessimistic views and attitudes. Very negative bout everything. -Overall company culture

      Plenty of work to do.

      Cons

      Shrinking company, shrinking IT staff. Old school leadership styles. Those people who are left are overloaded with more work than is manageable. The culture is pretty bad, over all negative outlook for the future of the company.
