      Cons

      There are periods of heavier workloads. But overall, the company offers solid support. Some internal processes could use refinement, but they are generally easy to navigate. Wish there were more opportunities to attend exhibitions and go on business trips.

      The people here are great overall, with easy-going management and a friendly office environment. Plus, you can really see how people (including management) do their best for the company, and whats the most valuable-you can see the results

      Still a small company in compare to competitors with all cons related to this. Salaries a not THAT high but still, there's a lot of potential for this to change over time
