Owners provide fabulous resources. The families are amazing and so are the majority of staff. Most are very supportive.
Cons
Management (Manager) encouraged a toxic culture. Constantly watching staff on cameras and bullying behaviour. All resulted in high staff turnover.
Message for owners: Listen to the staff who have left before your centre reputation is destroyed
