Pay: the pay is all a complete lie. the General managers make about 80K a month no lie (well some do) they sell you on that you will one day be a manager (they go through them VERY QUICKLY) I was there for about a year and had seen at least 6 managers get phased out. They tell you your Draw pay will be 2,000 a month but its really $1,845 a month and $1,400 after tax's BIG DIFFERENCE. All the managers are greedy you will constantly be told excuses as to why your pay check is missing some commissions. you do have the potential to make some money but no where near what they promise in the interview and IF you come close to that number you've worked 80 hours a week. THEY DO NOT PROMOTE WITHIN!!!! AT ALL EVER!!!! PRODUCT: they sell champion homes with a 10 year warranty and don't even honor the 10 years! TITAN also sells Champion homes at a way higher price and your GP never shows it (obviously kickback to the managers that stays hidden) the product is just absolutely terrible staples sticking out of the wall everything looks like it was made by a toddler! Schedule: you work wayyyyy too much and they give you no time off and get upset if you take time off for things no matter the situations.
