      There is a good place to learn about Value Add Services Market. About technologies there is a constant desire to find a correct solution to each problem.

      Cons

      The business plan is not clear, its turn so hard to plan right solutions some times and there is few cleary about EBITDA and bonus plan.

      Pays relatively well, has a nice entertainment room, breakfast

      Cons

      Too much extra work, people yell all the time, extremely stressful, absolutely zero chance of going above programming (unless your manager is fired)
