      Being a Welcome Agent at Together Light is an incredibly fulfilling role where we truly act as the vital first point of contact for our clients' transformative journeys. The remote-first company culture is exceptionally supportive, collaborative, and communicative despite the geographical distance. Management provides excellent training resources, deeply respects the onboarding process, and actively fosters an environment of psychological safety and professional growth.

      I personally found no cons. Whenever someone faces and issue and raises it to management, it is handled on priority basis.

      Working from home with TLI is such a big blessing for me. TLI has been in business for over 10 years, and it's growing even more. I am so grateful and blessed to be a part of it. TLI has changed my life, especially my financial status. The salary is way better than my previous company. Working with TLI is really a work-life balance, lower commuting expenses, and more quality time with your family.

      If you're not into working from home and hard working, TLI is not for you.

      Fast-Paced Momentum: The company is growing so quickly that there is always a lot of exciting work to do. While it keeps things engaging, I sometimes wish there were more hours in the day to contribute to all the great projects happening! High Standards: We hold ourselves to a very high bar of excellence. This requires constant focus, but it is ultimately a "pro" because it ensures we are always delivering the best possible results. Rapid Innovation: Because the team is always looking for ways to improve, processes evolve quickly.
