      TokenMinds review: great people doing repetitive work but the attitude was wonderful. Best job I've ever had. Well trained team and good leadership. International business vibe and good for career planning.

      Employees here are working together as one. You will receive a bonus, incentives, etc. Opportunity to grow. Competitive salary

      - It's a diverse company. You get to be friends with people outside your country

      Cons

      - The whole recruitment process was really bad. Recruiter seemed clueless about what she was doing. Didn't ask substanstial/valuable questions. Very unprofessional too. I remember she was 5 minutes late in the interview. Came in & was in a hurry, finished the interview in less than 3 minutes. - Recruiter tends to hire people who are not qualified. - Clients had feedbacks that the management team seems like amateurs - Services are overpriced but the salary of the employees are way lower than regular rates. They are obviously taking advantage of 3rd world countries.
