Pros
Working hours are slightly shorter (i.e. 7.75 hours). Colleagues are friendly. Everyone is given AWS regardless of your position.
Cons
15 days of annual leave for your first year of service, and it increases by 1 day each year from your 3rd year of service until it reaches 20 days. Medical reimbursement is capped at $1,000, and dental reimbursement is capped at $100. There is no family care leave and bonus. Some managers are inexperience in the areas they are managing. Communication from the headquarter is in Japanese. There is not much career advancement if you looking for one.
