      flexible working hours quiet office

      Cons

      frequent change of management top very heavy and keep increasing, bottom keep cutting unable to get revenue in so cut cost constantly high turnover, talented people leaves fast a lot of vocal people who like to voice opinion, usually to fight for benefits for themselves but when come to work, they are unable to deliver management loves vocal and superficial people who talk well but do not see that they are incapable capable staff are overlook for good talker who curry favour bosses

      no empowerment sometimes need Cxx level approval for 4 digit expense cannot wear blue colored jeans on dress down day inverted triangle organization structure no work life balance people are stressed no clear direction and strategy is not being reviewed regularly people handling global stuff are still in the cave think that they are still the best and ask most customer/vendor to follow their policies and terms not flexible enough to accommodate customer requests
