Pros
Relaxed management style, very open to ideas and experimentation to improve how things work
Cons
Too much silos allowed across the world. HR is completely useless and unsympathetic to employees - fearful and submissive to management, only takes orders, no mind or ethics of their own. Management is task/ numbers focused and never takes into account people's well being. Too much willingness to experiment yet does not take responsibility for outcome of those experiments, i.e. there's no conscientious follow up if new methods work or not and take a stand to proactively make things better. Technology people work but don't seem to have KPIs to achieve because the systems never really become better for users
