      Pros

      It's a great place to visit because everyone is really friendly and has great customer service. The owner is very polite.

      Cons

      When I applied I was told I'd be making $11 an hour as a cook and once I started it changed to $8. I refused the position at first because I had no experience as a cook but was told I would be trained extensively before I began to make orders. On my first day of training I was placed on the grill ALONE. They told me to read the menu and figure out how to make the recipes.

      Pros

      The fellow employees are the best reason to work at Tom+Chee. They are the reason most have stayed as long as they have.

      Cons

      Cancellation of benefits without warning. Several layoffs have occurred throughout the last few years. Current employees have taken on multiple job responsibilities after each layoff without any raises.

      Pros

      Great employees to work with, and half off on food is good since it's expensive for so little food.

      Cons

      Basically no hours, and if you noticed your hours were being shortened until you were basically not working, that's kind of their way of firing you...fading you out. Managers are harsh and get on you if you stop working for more than twenty seconds. Pay was hardly worth anything you did there.
