More anonymous surveys for staff. Make sure the people you are bringing in for upper management actually agree with your guiding principles and follow them. Management is always in a terrible mood when upper management (regional) is around, for good reason. Stop changing bonus structure so that you don’t have to play front line staff. Greedy

End of year party. My store manager was great. Good price cell phone plan

Management expect everything and give nothing in return. Talk about future planning but screw you over. Blatantly lie to your face. Management prefer men. Took side of some one abusing another employee with evidence they were doing it. Never give people chances to redeem themselves for small mistakes. Promise a pay raise and then withdraw it when you achieve what they requested
