Bad middle managers in crm dept. No skill of work and leading of teams. Often these managers are selfish and opportunistic. Company pays a lot for these zero Brainers. By the time the company figure outs this they leave with full pocket for another venture. Low salary. The received benefits depend on your negotiation skill. The worst HR I have even seen. Slow hiring, often late in the interview process, not knowledgeable of what an HR job is, rude as if she is paying you from her own pocket.
