Pros
I was given a flexible schedule and the training was good. The other employees were usually pretty helpful and the upper level management was around more than I would have expected.
Cons
Servers had to do work that often took away from the guests' experience (like prepping our own salads and desserts to order). Quite often, I had to work split shifts and lived to far away to go home or to do anything in between.
