      No pros for this organisation, not even a single pro. Absolutely zero motivation to work for this organisation.

      Cons

      > Management team is not competent enough to run this company > Project leads and supervisors lack professionalism and they don't have any clue about what they are doing, but they are extremely skilled in micro-management and pestering the employees > No increment > No bonus > HR department is total garbage

      No pros I see. Stressful environment. They assign tasks always at last minute. No systematic approach.

      Cons

      - Top management doesn't care about the employees. - 4 years no increment. Not even a single penny. This is really bad for the employees. - No bonus. - No leadership skills, lot of micro-management, that affects the employees productivity and efficiency.
