Pros

I would have to say the pro's of this company is the money and some co-workers.

Cons

It is hard to get hired on full time. You are hired in as a temp through a temp service, however, it takes from 6 months to a year or longer to get hired on with the company. Once you are hired on as a full time employee you are then put on an 120 probation period before you get your raise, and full benefits.

The pay is very competitive for this area in northern Alabama.

Cons

There is very poor communication between departments even though there is an open door policy which leads to a lot of misunderstanding and a somewhat lacking productivity.

Former coveted employer. Unlimited potential for growth for the employer

Cons

Poor management human resources is lacking qualified personnel turnover rate is 390% lack of communication absolutely no Incentives other than a paycheck employees are treated horribly by management at all levels they have forgotten which entities are human and which are robotic
