      Not a lot! Get to leave at 4pm on Friday’s.

      Cons

      Unpaid 15 mins break 14hr - minimum wage (bi monthly paycheque not even $894-$950) Favoritisms from managers to some employees No wifi in break room Customers barely pick up phone (3rd party collection) No parking for new hires Mandatory to work one late night plus 2 Saturday’s per month

      - easy to get hired - no experience needed - nice coworkers

      Cons

      - management demands sick notes for taking one day off of work - not accommodating to employees - won't allow employees to talk between calls - boring work - they push employees too much - no benefits until 1 year of working - bad hours, not enough hours
