Pros

flexible scheduling, best in class employees, open door policy and wonderful vendor partners. The reason that Touchpoint360 is successful is our commitment to our people through shared values such as honesty, integrity, dedication and appreciation.

Cons

Having additional accounts to support additional Full time people with benefits would be a great bonus.

Pros

When working, I enjoyed the job and physical labor.

Cons

Site supervisors were not good the majority of the time. Never knew if you would be working the next week, or if they would have somewhere for you to go after the job is done. Even if working a 40+ hour week, still not considered FT, and get no benefits. Pay was way lower than should have been.
