Culture is what I like most about Toughbyte. Despite that recruitment is a very competitive and at time selfish industry, at our company we're very helpful and friendly to each other, our clients and candidates.

Cons

Sometime we have to work overtime. But we do our best to organize things better, so that we wouldn't have to do it.
