      A very bad experience

      Pros

      vacation time. very friendly co worker. close to home.

      Cons

      No pay increase since 2008. Manager from Bloomingdale office is a habitual liar, upper management and HR are aware of this but choose to ignore it. Hours are cut when there are no patients on the schedule.

      Pros

      There are some good people that work there. Unfortunately, everyone is so concerned about not being fired, even the best of people show their worst side under such pressure.

      Cons

      I relocated my family from another state to work for Tower / Orion Health and they terminated me in exactly six weeks. Not because I did anything wrong, no, they even said I was leaving on "good terms" and eligible for rehire (someday). This for profit corporation is all about patient turn around, not about patient care. Not moving the patients through fast enough (according to them)? Terminated.

      Good coworkers, close to home

      Cons

      Pay raised were frozen in 2008, it’s now 2018. No 401k match. Management doesn’t care and will work you like dogs.
