      Pros

      Open, caring and transparent culture, amazing colleagues, and mission driven. The founder came from Google and tried to adopt the ownership mentality to everyone. A lot to learn from the leadership team who are all hands on, yet does not micro-manage and humble. Recently left due to personal reasons, but would love to come work at Traact again.

      Long Hours, reactive request and demanding customers.
