      The perks are very decent and compensation is above average

      Cons

      your working experience is highly dependent on who your manager is. Unfortunately mine was a little napoleon with a chip on his shoulder. Perform well and the manager feels threatened. When sales slow down, the manager will start to threaten you and make life miserable for you. Good news is that if you are a bootlicker , you can survive despite of 0 results.

      Used to be Great Employer in the past, great values , great cultures, great employees benefits.

      Cons

      Sadly mass retrenchment happened this year and last year take in new blood just to please stake holders and maximizer cash flow.

      Pros

      ...filling this site with fake positive reviews. It would be maddening if it wasn't so obvious and sad. It's certainly not helping with the lack of trust issues that define the culture here.

      Cons

      The executives can't get out of their own way. Employees are micromanaged to death, and the mood in the office reflects it. They preach an open and transparent environment, but the second you ask an uncomfortable question or point out an elephant in the room, you're quietly marked for dismissal. I've seen extremely talented people get pushed out of their roles simply because they offered a dissenting opinion, based in experience and fact, that didn't fit with management's "vision".

Regarding your feedback, there is always room for improvement at any Company -- and TraceLink is no exception. It's important to hold a mirror up to ourselves and be mindful of our words and actions, and how this may be perceived by others. While we are not aware of the issues you described, we'd appreciate it you spoke with your manager or HR about your experiences, so we could troubleshoot effectively. However, I respect that you may not feel comfortable doing so and, again, am sorry that you have not had a great experience.
