      Per diem,long hours some people are great to work with,but not all.

      Dealing with a very unprofessional management team,constant threats,no respect.

      Pros

      A genuine desire to "do better" as a company. (The follow through is just lacking...as well as accountability.)

      Cons

      Respect is not commonplace but poor communication is. Some aspects of talent are underutilized and "slackers" are not held accountable, same with ineffective management.
