      Pros

      Strong talent density. A company that genuinely cares about employee work experience. Fantastic brand that allows us to attract top talent. Scaling fast and a genuine defensible moat. Solid equity and comp packages. And finally, an incredible ICP who are innovative and care about building their career whilst we build the company. This dynamic makes the space super interesting.

      Cons

      The company is moving fast, and you will need to reinvent your role every 6 months (for people driven by learning, this will be a good signal).

      Pros

      The product is phenomenal, but what makes it even more amazing is the genuine top down people first approach to the way Tracksuit operates. Their EVP is no joke, an authentic experience working with some really switched on and great people.

      Cons

      Lots of change as part of the next journey but to be honest this is more exciting than it is scary. Cant wait to see where we head to next!

      Pros

      From the start, Tracksuit was built by 2 co-founders who truly care about their team and this is reflected in the culture from the top, and the 'people first' policies. Tracksuit is one of the fastest growing tech companies ever in NZ, and the work we get to do, not only building the company, but being a part of the marketing community, is truly special. It is a beautiful product you are proud of, that has real impact for our customers who actually love it, and it has a level of product market fit that most people only dream of being a part of in their careers. It is full of great people who care about building a world-class company, and having a disproportionate amount of fun in the process.

      Cons

      The pace of growth is relentless, and the level of ambiguity is often high (very little roadmap for this pace of growth!), so people need to be prepared for that. Company builders thrive at Tracksuit.
