Great people and leadership, but priorities can be unclear

Pros

Great people all around, leadership willing to listen and make change happen. Healthy focus on ensuring things can move quickly while balancing it with quality. Best work life balance focus I've ever experienced.

Cons

Some lack of structure meaning priorities aren't always clear, things might pop up out of nowhere, and later projects take a long time to finish.

Great company to retire, not grow your career

Pros

Great culture, nice people to work with. Managable workload. You get to experience new tech and the engineering part of the company is quite interesting too!

Cons

They don't like to promote or give a raise; you really need to show that you have options elsewhere to force them to do it. Over the years, it became quite corporate. The company changes like a startup, but it's tough to propagate the change through a large number of people, and quite often, changes do not feel really thought through or at least not communicated well.
