- Fast growing teams - Great benefits, fair compensation - flexible work life balance - Company culture - all-hands held regularly where leadership will keep us updated with latest development across all teams. Monthly demos to showcase new features. - Career development - Established paths to advance within the company. Managers are patient, especially with new hires. Learning is encouraged with free membership to top-tier courses, materials and custom training. - Communications is great within teams. Scheduled meetings are kept to a minimal, to allow more time to work on tasks. Senior members are friendly, approachable, and always available to help by Slack. - Job security - It's well funded, and in a popular sector - Remote
Cons
- Establishing team culture is still WIP. Lots of changes since being acquired by DCG, with lots of new faces coming in. It’s not for everyone, but if you enjoyed a challenge of helping shape a company then there’s plenty of opportunities here.
