      Great culture and benefits but heavy workload and micromanagement

      Unlimited PTOs (subjected to managers approval) Annual bonus $300 for office supplies Full WFH Good Culture

      Cons

      Micro-management, which frustrating AF Since it's fully remote you are expected to exceed the performance Too many managers just for a few people, this can be extremely overwhelming. 24/7 services for customers meaning that workloads are heavy and probably you will get enrolled into a On Call after work.

      PTO, relaxed management, wfh most of the time

      Cons

      Salary is just too low for Costa Rica, it should be in CRC not USD. Attrition risk is high because of that.
