Pros

Tradestaff have staff benefits e.g. subsidised medical plan, a paid day off on your birthday, bonus based on your time with the company that gets paid out on your anniversary and a small Christmas bonus.

Cons

They do not respect their staff and seem to treat their staff with contempt. When issues are raised with senior management they are ignored and a bulling culture seems to be supported throughout the managers of the company.

Pros

Flexible and understanding as per the review headline but also generally quite good in the aspect of keeping you busy\employed and finding work that aligns with your skill set etc. They can provide good opportunities also

Cons

Occasionally there can be a bit of a shortage of "full time" or "40hrs + per week" but that can just be the nature of being a temp and or working through an agency if you're not on a long term job
