      Good name for cv. Fast paced

      In the last 9 months 90-95% of all senior people recruited into the London office, including all Product Managers, CFO, 'Head ofs' all from reputable fintechs, have been let go right before the end of their 6 month probation period. This company is playing a game with peoples lives and it's disgusting

      Not worth the risk if you are mid-senior

      Generally, nice people in the UK office

      Cons

      - Do NOT leave a secure job to work here if you are mid-senior and above. - You might last 2 weeks, or 6 months. - It's a very tough environment where no amount of work or achievement will ever be enough to impress the founder. - Senior management work like a cult catering to his every whim second hand, and will throw anyone under the bus to save themselves. Even those who have been there for years still fear for their jobs, - Firings are frequent, on the spot and without valid argument/evidence.
