Over the past two years, the company culture has noticeably degraded, with declining morale and growing frustration across teams. Upper management continues to make key decisions without providing adequate clarity or communication to lower-level employees, resulting in confusion, inefficiency, and disengagement. Leadership at the executive level, particularly in technology, often appears detached from day-to-day execution. Questions are frequently avoided or deflected, and there seems to be an unrealistic expectation that complex work will simply "get done" without proper support, resources, or accountability. Unfortunately, many strong, high-performing employees have either been laid off or feel pushed to the brink of resignation. This has led to a significant loss of institutional knowledge and further demotivated the remaining team.

Revenue and EBITDA are set by people who are clearly living in a fantasy world and PE and CEO take them at their word, making life incredibly stressful. Similarly investment to grow businesses was spread too thin and decided by those who did not understand the business requiring the investment.
